If an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you and provide the option to choose another product of equal or higher value (with the applicable price difference). If a suitable alternative is not available, a store credit or refund may be offered at the discretion of our team.

5.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Hawany is not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Hawany does not offer returns/ exchange.
6.2 In case of any defects, Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
6.3 Customized or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6.4 For approved returns, refunds will not be issued in cash or to bank accounts. The value will be credited to your Hawany account as store credit.
6.5 Store credits can be used for future purchases and remain valid indefinitely.
6.6 For any return/ exchange request, a clear unboxing video (from start to finish) showing the intact outer packaging and the visible defect is mandatory. Without this video proof, exchanges cannot be processed.
6.7 Products that are used, altered, or not in original condition will not be eligible for exchange.
6.8 Slight color variations due to lighting or display settings are not considered defects.
